    Senator Sadiq Umar Mourns Hon. Sidi Baba Ahmed, Condoles Lamido of Bani



    The Senator representing Kwara North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar (3SU) has received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of Hon. Sidi Baba Ahmed, a committed grassroots politician who served meritoriously as Councillor, Supervisory Councillor and TIC Secretary in Kaiama local government area of Kwara State.


    Senator Sadiq describes the late Hon. Sidi Baba Ahmed as a noble man loved by his people for his dedication, humility and commitment to community development whose service at the local government level, marked by diligence and a genuine passion for improving the lives of the people.


    The Senator notes that his demise is a significant loss not only to his family but also to the entire Bani community and Kaiama at large, considering his impactful roles in community affairs.


    Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar also extends his heartfelt condolences to the Lamido of Bani, Sheik Shekana Baba Ahmed and the entire family over this painful loss. He prays that Allah (SWT) forgives the shortcomings of the deceased, grants him Aljannatul Firdaus and comforts all he left behind.
