The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Akeweje Olayinka Fafoluyi, has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah in Kwara State, particularly in Irepodun Local Government Area, on the successful completion of the month-long Ramadan fast and Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
Akeweje, in a message, emphasized the need to sustain the prayers and other good virtues exhibited during the holy month of Ramadan.
He called on believers to use the festive period to continue praying for Kwara State and Nigeria to overcome their current challenges, and also for the success of the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led administration.
“While thanking the Almighty Allah and congratulating Muslim faithful in Irepodun and across Kwara State for successfully completing the Ramadan Fast, I call for continued support for the less privileged in the society to give them a sense of belonging.
“I pray Almighty Allah to reward all the devout observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan with greater blessings on the Islamic faith adherents across Kwara State and Irepodun local government area in particular and the nation at large," the message read in parts.
